This service helps clients for following cases.
Especially, the merit of this service Is that Cosmocall Korea directly connects a call from buyer to the client in Korea, so client can save cost and not to miss an important call. Client is only responsible for interpretation cost. (Interpretation Cost is based on Collect call system)
If client denies receiving a call that Cosmocall connected, interpretation service will not provided, n but, this service is a much differentiated service from any other companies, and only provided by Cosmocall Korea.
For clients who always work outside of office that they are not available to answer important calls from oversea. Cosmocall Korea can directly connect to an assigned number which each client indicated. (All areas available) Also, clients are able to contact.
Also, clients can contact Koreans in oversea through counseling service.

| First 3 min: 3,500 won / Additional 1min: 1,200won
All area possible, (Free calling charge) Same Interpretation cost will be applied during 24hours.
(Annual Membership Fee: 77,000 won/ yr, First 3min: 3,500 won, Additional 1min: 1,200 won)
Annual Membership Fee does not include interpretation cost.
