• Client can use telephone interpretation service without carrying a professional interpreter. It is simply possible to communicate by phone through three way lines. Client can interact directly by hearing both buyer's voice and interpreter's voice. Especially, on-site interpretation related with business usually requires 3-4 days in advance reservation and cost is higher than phone interpretation, but this problems can be solved by Cosmo call's phone interpretation service. It will allow the client to reply to buyer's request and eventually do the work right. Cosmocall Korea will try its best to be a perfect partner for each client's successful business.

Translation Service

• From simple business letter and to professional contract, Cosmo call's translation service is ranged from general translation to professional translation. All of translation wok will be revised thoroughly by native speakers to upgrade quality and to meet customer's expectation. For rush request and special translation that related with technology and professional translation, separate charge will be applied. Discount rate will be applied for quantity of translation. For example, when requested material is more than 20 pages, 10% discount rate will be applied and for more than 100 pages, 20% discount rate will be applied. • When client cannot answer to important calls, Cosmocall's foreign secretary work can help. Let Cosmocall take care of secretary work when you cannot answer important calls from oversea.
• Cosmocall's interpreter will take important calls and connect to client's registered number immediately. (It is possible to connect everywhere in Korea )

With \70,000 of annual membership fee, clients can enjoy convenience for having professional interpreter near by. Interpretation cost will be charged separately.

• Professional interpreter will provide language lesson 10-15min everyday. As an individual study, this provides high quality education.

The lesson will take a place based on 1:1 system and interpreter will call and teach with consideration at the convenient time for each language (English, Japanese, Chinese with group of five members) 3-5 times per week (10min or 15min, Mon-Fri)

•  Do you have time to translate in details? Do you have difficulties in understanding some of document? Cosmocall provides real time telephone translation based on immediate management. When fax or e-mail is arrived, translator can immediately interpret. For a short paragraph within 10 lines, client can enjoy the benefit of using real time telephone translation service. (Cost: First 3min-2,890 won, additional 1min-890won-English, Japanese, Chinese)
